Fitness & Wellness Membership ~ Designed around the results of exercise testing and based on personal physiological metrics this is a great option for those seeking optimal fitness and/or those who are competing but already working with a coach. In addition to capturing your ever-adapting metabolic state throughout each year, this membership also includes nutrition coaching and a hydration consultation. Follow-ups for body composition analysis are also included. Not within reach of our training center & lab? Not a problem, we offer you remote testing options as well.

Performance Membership ~ this level of membership is based on similar principles as the fitness & wellness membership but with the addition of customized training plans & coaching. For those seeking guidance for daily exercise/training and/or competition this is the ideal membership. With the performance membership you get both lab visits and personalized coaching. Again, full support for training and nutrition are included as well as remote testing options. Training plans are available for cycling, running or multi-sport and include a Training Peaks basic account, weekly email & phone contact as needed. Coaching membership also provides exclusive pricing for one-on-one skills sessions, access to the Endurance gym, eCycling classes and bike fitting.
