"I went to Tim to help me get ready for an ultra-endurance bicycle race, Race Across America (RAAM) in 2014 and later in 2016 for Race Across the West (RAW). Not discounting I was a member of a team effort for those races, it was imperative to be ready and at my peak performance just before the races.

The bottom line is that both races were highly successful. We crossed the 3,000 miles from Oceanside, CA to Annapolis MD in 6 1/2 days to get 4th place in our division. And two first places in our division for RAW (Oceanside, CA to Durango, CO, 930 miles) in 2016 and 2017. 2 days, 5 hours and 2 days, 3 hours respectively.

Without Tim's guidance I doubt that would have been an outcome. And I highly recommend him if you are serious about either getting in shape or training for an upcoming event."
